Each month our Co-chair of the NEXUS Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery Working Group, Melissa Jane Kronfeld showcases a millenial stepping up to help eradicate human trafficking for Millenial Magazine. This month she profiled, Avery Harris, a native Texan who owns her own social enterprise food truck aptly named, Savery Grilled Cheeses. Ten percent of all sales from the food truck go to critical, life-saving organizations leading the fight against modern day slavery.
