Capitalizing on the latest food trend, NEXUS member Rob Laing recently launched his second hydroponics farm in Tribeca in partnership with the 2-star Michelin restaurant Atera. Part of his Farm.One brand, the farm is a hydroponic facility, which means that the plants do not grow in soil.
