NEXUS Member Rob Laing’s Hydroponic Farm.One Featured in The NYT

Capitalizing on the latest food trend, NEXUS member Rob Laing recently launched his second hydroponics farm in Tribeca in partnership with the 2-star Michelin restaurant Atera. Part of his Farm.One brand, the farm is a hydroponic facility, which means that the plants do not grow in soil. Instead, Rob and his team grow them in a contained environment with special LED lighting. Farm.One grows rare hydroponic herbs on demand for high-end local restaurants.
