It’s no surprise that our world is changing rapidly, and with that, so is our job market. With evolving technology, our daily lives and the way many companies run will drastically change over the course of the next 10 years. For NEXUS member, Oliver Libby, such change is an opportunity. For the better part of the past decade, Libby has worked with other companies to facilitate this transition for companies going through seismic shifts in their business models in order to accelerate them to their highest potential. With his venture firm Hatzimemos/ Libby, Oliver has been able to support portfolio companies to reach the next stages of their success.

Libby also has a passion for providing this same support to young people looking to take a step into the world of business for social good. He chairs The Resolution Project Inc., a non-profit organization which aids undergraduate students who want to accelerate social venture projects of their own. The Resolution Project hosts youth conferences, provides hands-on mentorship, and gives grants to grow their social venture. The Resolution Project has already had an enormous impact benefitting thousands of young social entrepreneurs  in over 70 countries worldwide.
